Cut is an invite-only room that connects vetted songwriters with vetted buyers. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited or revoked.
You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts are personal and not to be shared.
You keep ownership of the songs and material you bring to Cut. By listing a song, you grant Cut a limited license to host it and stream it privately to people you’ve cleared inside a line, solely to operate the service. Cut takes no ownership of, and no commission on, your work.
No spam, no cold solicitation outside the consent flow, and no uploading work that isn’t yours to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Cut facilitates conversations; it is not a party to any deal you make. Any agreement to license, cut, or hold a song is between you and the other person.
